Is there any reference in the jurisprudence fiqh kitaabs or Hadith kitabs that a Muqallid cannot refer directly to Quran and Hadith for masaail?
An Arabic reference will be great.

Bismihi Taa`la
Allah Taa’la says in Quraan
أطيعوا الله وأطيعوا الرسول وأولي الأمر منكم }
“O you who believe, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you”
وقالوا وأولوا الأمر هم العلماء وطاعتهم تقليدهم فيما يفتون به.
Nabi صلى الله عليه وسلم said :
من قال في القرآن برأيه فأصاب فقد أخطأ
“Whoever says (something) about the Qur’an according to his own opinion and he is correct, yet he has committed a mistake.”
And Allah Ta’ala knows best
